How It Works

Step 1: Prepare Your Gang Sheet

Layout your designs in your preferred software. Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or any tool you already use. Export as a transparent PNG at 300 DPI, exactly 580mm wide. Gang your designs how you want them printed. We print exactly what you upload.

Step 2: Upload and Order

Choose your sheet size, upload your file, and checkout. Our prepress team checks every file before it goes to print. You will receive a confirmation email with a proof within the hour during business hours.

Step 3: We Print, You Press

Your transfers are printed on commercial-grade DTF equipment and dispatched next working day. When they arrive, peel and press at 160 to 165 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds. Cold peel. Done. Professional results every time.

File Requirements

⚠️ Important: This product is for pre-ganged, print-ready artwork ONLY.

If you upload a single logo or a PNG with a white background, your order will be delayed while we contact you. If you need help building a layout, use our Gang Sheet Builder instead.

Your file must meet these requirements:

  • Format: Transparent PNG or PDF
  • Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
  • Width: Exactly 580mm (height varies by sheet size)
  • Layout: Designs ganged by you. We print exactly what you upload.
  • Bleed: 5mm bleed around the edge of the sheet
  • Orientation: Do NOT mirror your artwork. We handle mirroring.
  • Crop marks: Do NOT include crop marks
  • Colour space: CMYK recommended, RGB accepted (converted automatically)

We do NOT:

  • Rearrange or reposition your designs
  • Add bleed or margins
  • Colour-correct your file
  • Convert file formats (upload PNG or PDF only)
  • Accept JPEG, TIFF, AI, EPS, or SVG files for this product

What happens if my file does not meet the requirements?

Our prepress team reviews every upload. If your file has issues (wrong format, missing transparency, incorrect dimensions), we will contact you by email. This typically adds 1 to 2 working days to your order. To avoid delays, follow the file requirements listed above.

Can I upload a single image or logo instead of a gang sheet?

No. This product is for pre-ganged, print-ready artwork only. If you have individual images or logos that need arranging, use our Gang Sheet Builder instead. It is designed for exactly that.

Do you colour-correct files?

No. We print your file exactly as uploaded. We recommend calibrating your monitor and working in CMYK for the most accurate results. If you are unsure about your colours, order a small test sheet first.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum. You can order a single small sheet for £9.50. Most trade customers order multiple sheets per week, but there is no commitment or minimum spend.

How long does printing take?

Orders placed before 12pm midday (Monday to Friday) are printed and dispatched the same working day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. Standard delivery is next working day within the UK.

Can I use these transfers on any fabric?

DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, and most fabrics. They include a white ink base layer, so they work on dark, light, and coloured garments. For best results, use a commercial heat press at 160 to 165 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds, then cold peel.

Do you offer trade accounts or bulk pricing?

Yes. If you order regularly, get in touch and we can discuss trade pricing. We also offer custom sheet sizes for high-volume customers.

Is my artwork kept confidential?

Yes. We do not share, reuse, or display customer artwork. Your designs are printed and the files are deleted after 30 days.
