Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only.                                                                                                                                                              
Production and Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are produced and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be produced and dispatched the next working day.

All orders are sent with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail Next Day delivery is typically delivered the next working day after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Bank Holidays

We do not dispatch orders on UK bank holidays. Orders placed on or before a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Problems With Your Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@directdtf.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
